GROUP COACHING FOR SPEAKERS AND LEADERS
Bring Your Presentation. Work Through the Challenge. Leave With a Stronger Way Forward.
You’ve grown. Your ideas have evolved. The presentation or message that worked two years ago may no longer reflect the speaker, trainer, facilitator, or leader you are today.
John’s group coaching gives you a place to work on the presentations and speaking challenges in front of you right now.
This is not another program where you simply sit, listen, and take notes. You’ll bring real work into the virtual room, test new approaches, receive direct coaching, and refine your presentation alongside a small group of fellow speakers.

- Developing or updating a keynote or signature presentation?
- Preparing for a high-stakes speaking opportunity?
- Working to make your stories clearer and more memorable
- Ready for your message and delivery to reflect how much you’ve grown?
- Looking for informed feedback in a supportive environment?
Your Presentation Should Keep Growing With You
Neuroscience shows us that growth changes the way we think, connect, and lead.
That means the story, strategy, or presentation that worked two years ago may not reflect who you are—or what your audience needs from you—today.
Group coaching creates a place to keep doing that work over time. Instead of receiving feedback once and walking away, you can apply what you learn, return with new questions, and continue refining your work from one month to the next.
Why Group Coaching Works (According to Your Brain)
There’s a reason the right coaching environment can accelerate your growth more than another book, bootcamp, or webinar.
It reflects how the brain learns:
- FOCUSED ATTENTION
Bring a real presentation, story, opening, or challenge into the session and give it the attention it deserves. - IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK
Test an approach, receive direct coaching, and begin making adjustments while the work is still in front of you. - EMOTIONAL SAFETY
Practice, experiment, ask questions, and refine your ideas in a supportive small-group environment.
Real growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It happens through practice, feedback, reflection, and connection.
In group coaching, you’ll also learn from the work happening around you. Every participant’s question, breakthrough, and coaching experience creates another opportunity to strengthen your own work.
“John took my keynote to the next level. He marries storytelling with brain science so it sticks.”
— Ali Ingersoll, Keynote Speaker
“The skills I learned helped me not just engage my audience, but help them follow through and change.”
— Renee Ivey, Crisis Leadership Speaker
“John didn’t just coach me on speaking—he helped me build the confidence to call myself a public speaker.”
— Callie Russell, History Channel’s Alone, Season 7
