Your Presentation Should Keep Growing With You
Neuroscience shows us that growth changes the way we think, connect, and lead.
That means the story, strategy, or talk that worked two years ago may not reflect the speaker, trainer, facilitator or leader, you’ve become today.
If you’re feeling that gap, let’s talk.
Group coaching creates a place to keep doing that work over time. Instead of receiving feedback once and walking away, you can apply what you learn, return with new questions, and continue refining your work from one month to the next.
Why Group Coaching Works (According to Your Brain)
There’s a reason the right coaching environment can accelerate your growth more than another book, bootcamp, or webinar.
It activates several of the conditions that support learning and behavior change:
- FOCUSED ATTENTION
Bring a real presentation, story, opening, or challenge into the session and give it the attention it deserves. - IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK
Test an approach, receive direct coaching, and begin making adjustments while the work is still in front of you. - EMOTIONAL SAFETY
Practice, experiment, ask questions, and refine your ideas in a supportive small-group environment. RECIPROCAL LEARNING
Learn from the questions, coaching, experiences, and breakthroughs happening throughout the room.
You don’t have to be the person in the coaching chair to have the breakthrough.
Sometimes someone else’s question unlocks your answer.
“John didn’t just coach me on speaking; he helped me build the confidence to call myself a public speaker.”
— Callie Russell, History Channel’s Alone, Season 7
“The skills I learned helped me not just engage my audience, but help them follow through and change.”
— Renee Ivey, Crisis Leadership Speaker
"John took my keynote to the next level. He marries storytelling with brain science so it sticks.”
— Ali Ingersoll, Keynote Speaker
